How do I pay for the service?
You can choose to pay with the many options available like, PayNow, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, GrabPay and many more.
How to get the service receipt?
Once your service is completed, you can view and download your receipt from the 'Orders' section in the StringsSG app.
What if I face issues after the aircon service?
We offer a 30-day warranty for general servicing and 60 days for chemical cleaning. If something's wrong, contact us through the app during the warranty period.
How to reschedule the service?
Log in to your StringsSG account, go to 'Orders' and click the Date/Time and propose a reschedule. New time slots are subject to availability.
What should I do if the technician is late?
Technicians are assigned a 2-hour arrival window. If there's a delay, reach out via the in-app chat or call function to get real-time updates.
