Ben is an award winning, internationally certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Practitioner , Dance Instructor and Physique competitor. I have a Diploma in Counseling Psychology, Diploma in Learning Disorders Management and a Diploma in Education. I have qualifications as a FISAF certified personal trainer with a valid CPR/AED license, Fisaf Fitness For Seniors, Sports Nutrition Specialist ISSN, Pre contest conditioning clinic with the Fitness Factory and also an Examiner for the FISAF fitness leader and personal training practical examinations. Our personal training rates (which also includes sports nutrition sessions) is $600 for 5 sessions (renewable) Our first consult and health assessment is complimentary. Each session is an hour plus a half hour of independent cardio. And depending on your goals, nutrition and homework may be recommended.
