Hello, I'm Khai! 

I'm a qualified and highly enthusiastic Personal Trainer with 6 years of experience in training and coaching. Prior to that, I was a Fitness Specialist in the Singapore Armed Forces.

I've always been passionate about sports and fitness, first entering the rugby field when I was 15 years old. Up until today, I’m still in love with the sport and I currently play for Singapore’s Wanderers Rugby Football Club. 

I found it only natural to marry my passions – sports, fitness and coaching; so I decided to become a professional personal trainer for a multinational company where I continuously grow and share my knowledge with others. 

My clients get real results not only physically, but more importantly, emotionally.
