Take the first step into your new fitness adventure under the guidance of a certified ACE (American Council of Exercise) coach. You deserve a trainer who is willing to understand your lifestyle and programme a workout suitable to meet your needs and goals. Someone who will also guide you through this maze of healthy eating and be your support system throughout your journey. I am a female personal trainer who is trained in functional training tools such as kettlebells and TRX, and equipped with knowledge to help those who have prior injuries affecting their back, knees and shoulders. Whether you are just starting out, or simply starting again after a hiatus, your fitness journey is bound to move forward with your commitment and motivation. Sessions can be conducted at your own time and preferred location, even at your home. I also offer group training workouts such as circuit, bootcamps and partner training.
