Hi there! I am a certified personal trainer with a competitive sports background whom have worked on many successful cases and assisted clients to achieve what was previously thought to be unachievable. I have a portfolio of clients with different objectives, eg. athletes seeking improved performance, injury prevention and recuperation, the sedentary looking to be more active, the already active but targeting increased strength and etc. Sessions are all customized 1 to 1, with proper form and intensity as the primary focus. Depending on the client's goals, current condition and my recommendations, workouts are conducted through a combination of HIIT, circuits, TRX, gym and outdoor exercise stations. A typical session is divided into proper warm up, the actual workout and assisted stretches done by me for accelerated recovery.
