Hi! My name is Kah Onn and I have fitness experience for the past 9 years with my focus on strength, conditioning and cardio-based training. I have a background in food science and technology and my methods around fitness and nutrition are science-based, hence, I will only recommend what works. Working as a full-time nutritionist, I can also provide you with realistic and feasible nutrition plans that are easy to follow and customized to you.
