Who am I?

With over 23 years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry, since 2003, I bring a results – driven, client – centric approach to personal training. I specialise in weight loss, muscle building, toning, and Mike boxing, alongside specific sports conditioning. I hold multiple certifications, including FISAF, VIPR, TRX, trx Rip and the Basic Exercise Course by Singapore sports Council, equipping me with a wide range of training techniques tailored to diverse client needs. Whether it’s recovering from injury, shedding excess weight, or building, performance, strength, design, customised training, programmes, aligned to each client’s lifestyle, fitness, and long-term goals. My approach, prioritises injury, prevention, functional movement and sustainable results – because fitness is a journey, not a quick fix. I’m committed to helping clients, develop strength, resilience, and confidence that extend beyond the gym. Recognising that true health is multidimensional, I also collaborate with a wellness coach to offer client a holistic approach to their well-being – integrating, exercise, nutrition, plant, Kingdom,and mental wellness for a more balanced, sustainable lifestyle transformation.
