Hello, I'm Caleb. I’ve been a personal trainer for the past 4 years. Having once been frail and sickly, strength training helped me take control of my health and build confidence, and that experience drives my passion to help beginners who feel intimidated by the gym realize their potential and achieve meaningful progress. My coaching approach is results-oriented, with a focus on measurable improvements in strength and body composition. With a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, I also bring a strong foundation in physiology and nutrition to support evidence-based training. Outside of personal training, I’m also a deadlift workshop instructor and competitive strongman, having won 3 national titles in the past 2 years.
