Being in sports related activities have always been an essential in my life. I had aspirations of being a professional soccer player and dreamt on donning the national jersey. I was part of the Centre Of Excellence (COE) from the age of 13 to 17 but my journey stopped there. Alternatively, I developed my love in lifting weights, which embarked my new joruney. At the age of 17, I was given the exposure to be a personal trainer during my internship programme and that leads to where I am now. 10 years in the industry. Im a lover of hypertrophy and strength which I would definitely get my clients to love hypertrophy and strength too. Jokes aside. In summary, my goal is to help others achieve their fitness target.
