Take a look at what Lisa has to say: l am no stranger to the fitness industry, yet being trained under Kong has exposed me to newer insights and understandings that have significantly enhanced my fitness experience as a whole. Under his guidance, I have learned how to improve several aspects of my training towards achieving optimal results and outcomes. Specific examples to some improvements I have made to my fitness routine as a result of Kong’s guidance and informed recommendations include less dependency on the mirror, and more on the feel of your body i.e. focusing on pull and tension more than how you “look like” while working out in order to reap greater benefits from the workout; maximising strength-building through eccentric or time-under-tension techniques - an approach involving lengthening muscle contractions and absorbing mechanical energy exerted while resisting a heavy weight; and in using timed reps or sets to better suit my body’s unique anatomical needs. As a result, my recovery is smoother, my energy levels have spiked, and motivations for keeping up with my fitness regime has been very much sustained. We are all different, and what makes my training experience with Kong outstanding is truly in the way he reads the body, and responds in accordance to its needs. I’d recommend anyone serious about making that progress they’ve been seeking to make pertaining to their overall health and fitness to reach out to him and make that goal a reality.
