Ceiling fan installation is a fixed price per fan with StringsSG, shown on our electrician price list. You supply the fan; the electrician assembles, mounts and wires it on an existing ceiling point, balances it and tests the controls. Removing the old fan is included.
Yes. Installing or replacing a residential distribution board is a fixed-price job, with the DB box, breakers and RCCB charged at cost. An upgrade is often recommended when the existing board lacks residual current protection, trips frequently, or has no spare ways for additional circuits.
