Just click on 'Book', answer a few questions and submit your request. The app will auto calculate the pricing, you need to confirm the pricing by providing your credit or debit card details. You will not be charged anything at this point. The process should not take more than 2 minutes.
How do I pay for the service?
Your Credit/Debit card with be automatically charged through our trusted Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) network once the service is confirmed.
How to reschedule the service?
Login to your account and submit a change of service date or time for the request you have opened, subject to approval from the assigned service team.
What to do when the service team does not arrive on time.
The service team is supposed to arrive with the ARRIVAL time slot which is a 2 hours range. You can contact them through the app chat or call feature.
