1. Filters cleaned
All filters come out, are washed of dust and sand, and are refitted dry.
2. Evaporator coil brushed
Dust on the indoor coil is brushed and vacuumed away so the unit cools with less effort.
3. Blower wheel cleared
The blower wheel is cleaned of the grey build-up that cuts airflow and spreads dust.
4. Drain tray and line
The tray is cleared and the condensate line flushed - humid summers fill trays fast.
5. Outdoor unit look-over
Sand around the outdoor coil is checked; a separate wash is suggested only when fins are clogged.
6. Cooling test
Gas pressure and supply-air temperature are recorded so the next visit has a baseline.
