What an Aircond General Service Includes
Our standard service for wall-mounted and cassette units in KL homes.
1. Filters washed
Filters and the front cover are taken out and washed - clogged filters are the most common reason a unit feels weak.
2. Coil and blower cleaned
The indoor coil is brushed and the blower vacuumed so the unit cools without pushing dust into the room.
3. Drain tray cleaned
Slime in the drain tray is cleared before it overflows and drips onto the wall.
4. Drain pipe blown through
The drain pipe is cleared with a pump or blower so water reaches the outlet instead of backing up.
5. Outdoor unit checked
The compressor unit on the ledge or roof is checked for dirt and noise; a condenser wash is suggested only if it needs one.
6. Gas pressure measured
Pressure and outlet temperature are measured. Low gas means a leak, and you get a quote before any top up.
