How StringsSG Aircon Servicing Works
StringsSG connects homes and businesses in Singapore with vetted aircon service partners, and runs everything around the job so that partners can concentrate on doing the work well. This page explains who services your aircon, what we take care of, how our prices are set, and what happens if something is not right afterwards.

Who services your aircon
Aircon jobs booked through StringsSG are carried out by our service partners: ACRA-registered aircon businesses in Singapore. Every partner goes through our vetting process before they are onboarded and can take StringsSG jobs.
You book with StringsSG, not with an individual contractor you have never heard of. Once a technician is assigned you can message them directly in the StringsSG app to confirm your address and access details, and the whole exchange stays on record.
What StringsSG takes care of
Our partners focus on the quality of the service. Everything else is ours:
- Marketing - finding the customers, so partners do not have to.
- Job management and scheduling - appointments, and planning routes so technicians spend less time travelling between jobs.
- Invoicing and accounting - billing runs through one central platform.
- Supplies - consolidated sourcing of materials.
- Customer support and warranty follow-up - you contact StringsSG, and we send a technician back when a warranty claim applies.
Why our prices are what they are
Taking this work off our partners removes cost from every job, and that is what keeps our published prices low. Prices are set from StringsSG's own booking data, collected since 2018, and are published up front by number of units, with transport already included - there is no separate callout or transport fee.
General servicing is $47.84 for one unit and $100.97 for five units. A chemical wash starts at $82.80 per unit and a chemical overhaul at $149.04 per unit. You see the final price before you confirm the booking. Full aircon servicing price list
Warranty
General servicing and repair carry a 30-day workmanship warranty; chemical wash and chemical overhaul carry 60 days. If the same issue comes back within that period, contact us through the app or on WhatsApp (+65 9351 2695) and we will send a technician back.
How our aircon guides are written
Our aircon guides are written by the StringsSG team, drawing on the jobs our service partners carry out and on StringsSG's own booking data. Figures such as the job statistics on our locality pages come straight from our booking records, are rounded, and are published only where there are enough bookings behind them. Prices quoted are StringsSG's published prices at the time of writing.
